About Role:

It is the role of the position to assist the Finance Manager-Revenue in managing and supervising the day-to-day operations. This position is crucial in confirming and assuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data related to tenant leases, advances, receivables, and provision balances. It makes sure that lease revenues and accounts receivables are legitimately allowed in accordance with business policy, practice, and any relevant DOA.

Job Responsibilities:

Run recurring billing on a regular basis and make sure the monthly revenues recorded match the signed leasing agreements.
Statements of accounts for tenants should be prepared as needed.
Assist the leasing and asset management teams with daily transactions involving renewal, revisions, surrender, and new deals, and give them prompt response.
Every month, check the balances of tenants’ advances, deposits, receivables, and revenue to make sure they are accurate.

Job Requirements:

A finance or accounting bachelor’s degree. A professional degree like ACMA, ACCA, or another is advantageous.
A minimum of three to four years of post-qualification experience in a finance support role.
Excellent A/R and revenue accounting expertise and experience in a reputable GCC or international real estate development or asset management business in a comparable job.
