About Role:

Invoicing, supplier account statements/reconciliation, discrepancy resolution (also applicable to non-trading suppliers) + SBR (Supplier business review) Rebates and credit notes are examples of compliance measures. Making and reconciling supplier accounts to ensure account accuracy Performing product and item costing Processing payment requests for suppliers to ensure account accuracy

Responsibilities:

Examining and resolving claims with local suppliers
To ensure compliance, inventory counts must be performed on a regular basis and in accordance with agreed-upon procedures.
To control assets, perform warehouse and store inventory valuations and calculate inventory ageing.
Creating inventory performance reports to communicate inventory position

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
You are detail-oriented, structured, and know how to prioritise; you see yourself as someone who delivers solutions rather than bottlenecks to be resolved.
You also have strong interpersonal and intercultural skills. You can rally several teams and stakeholders behind a mission.
You can communicate with senior executives and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
