About Role:

Data collection in order to prepare various budget-related working files Assisting and sorting through departmental issues related to budget submission Budget submission analysis and review that provides trends and relevant insights for management recommendations and actions

Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation of various Budget Packs for various stakeholders
Data preparation and loading into financial systems
Budget preparation and distribution to departments of approved budgets
Assist in the preparation of a forecast for submission to management, the headquarters, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Compilation and preparation of statistical data [Volumes, Headcount, etc.]
Flash Report preparation and submission to Head Office
Preparation of the Snapshot report for the CFO
Assisting with COO Preparation Report Every Month
Assisting with Monthly Financial Planning Assisting in the preparation of the Monthly Management Pack for the Head Office
Assisting the team in the preparation of Board of Directors reports
Financial Performance Review (FPR) and Operating & Revenue results are prepared and distributed to all departments.
Provide departments with monthly cost analysis and transaction details.
