About Role:

The job entails following up with contracted parties and insurance providers to recover unpaid debts and settle. keeping a suitable audit trail for the quantities in the front end and back end systems.

Responsibilities:

Organize and collate the claims that have been or will be made.
keeping track of and reconciling monthly income billed against claims received, making sure claims are submitted on schedule.
Follow up with the internal insurance team if the amount of the claim and the revenue that was billed does not match.
Assess unit-wise DSO and, if necessary, spot any outliers.
DSO is closely monitored, and when it departs from the desired range, the Finance Director is promptly notified.

Requirements:

Commerce bachelor’s degree. Finance postgraduate degree or diploma is preferred.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of related healthcare experience in the Gulf.
outstanding oral speaking abilities
decent decision-making abilities
