About Role:

Accountants assist businesses in making financial decisions by collecting, tracking, correcting, and communicating the company’s financial position. They keep track of transactions, compile and analyse data, perform audits, help with budgets and financial forecasting, compute taxes, and report their findings to management and other entities such as the IRS or investors.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the Accounting Department’s daily operations and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
Monitor and evaluate the Accounting team’s performance in relation to current goals.
Set priorities for the Accounting team’s tasks and activities, as well as review and motivate performance.
Manage any issues that arise for the Accounting team.
Allocate Accounting personnel in accordance with changing needs, in consultation with the Department Heads.
Accounting Team work should be planned and assigned.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is required.
A higher level of education or experience may be preferred.
It is possible that special licences or certification will be required.
Analytical, communication, and computer skills are essential.
Knowledge of mathematics, accounting, and financial processes.
Ethical conduct.
