About Role:

Data collection in order to prepare various budget-related working files Assisting and sorting through departmental issues related to budget submission Budget submission analysis and review that provides trends and relevant insights for management recommendations and actions

Responsibilities:

General bookkeeping responsibilities include, but are not limited to, timely reconciliation of all ledgers and preparation of financial statements.
Accounts payable, Prepare for Advancement, Progression, Job Completion, Retention, and Variation. Invoices, keep track of the payment term.
Accounts Receivable, booking vendor invoices, reconciling payments in accordance with terms, and ensuring that the correct PO is matched to each invoice.
Processing utility payments
Creating and submitting the VAT return on a regular basis. Managing the Expenses of Employees
Handling of small sums of money.

Requirements:

VAT experience and an accounting degree are required. Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role Ability to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Outstanding organisational abilities and attention to detail
