About Role:

The accountant’s primary responsibility is to support the functional activities of accounting and reporting. Accounting activities include receivables and payables, reconciliations, the general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, cash, and banking accounting.

Responsibilities:

Accounts receivable and payable data are classified, computed, posted, and recorded.
Verify Invoices with LPO/work order/site reports, as well as payment preparation and distribution to suppliers
Accounting receivables and incoming payments are processed.
Perform regular bank account reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer account reconciliations.
Examine your bank statements.
Review payroll on a monthly basis, prepare payment and distribution of staff salaries, review end-of-service calculations, leave salary, and airline tickets

Requirements:

Accounting bachelor’s degree. If the educational certificate was issued outside of the UAE, it must be attestated.
Accounting experience of at least four years is required.
English and Arabic fluency – Experience in the real estate, leasing, and contracting sectors is preferred.
