About Role:

Assistant Branch Accountant will assist the 3S Facility level (Showroom & Aftersales).

Responsibilities:

Management of Invoicing and Delivery Perform financial transactions and invoice processing in a timely manner. Ensure that all relevant AFM document processes are strictly followed to ensure that all bank payments are met. Ensure that revenue/provision is in place and that the Assignee clause is error-free.
Auditing documents substantiates financial transactions.
Keep accurate records of all financial transactions. Manage intra and internal sales, as well as government sales. All in-house AFM sales and credit customers must be authorized.
Daily invoice summary for credit invoices and sales return cases; monitor and report on all outstanding debts. Support and guidance of Matrix managers, sales team, and sales administration.
Petty Cash Administration Verify and enter all cash and cheque transactions from the previous day into SAP. Maintain a log for tracking purposes and strictly adhere to AFM company policy regarding customer refunds.
