About Role:

Provides evidence of financial transactions through auditing records. Maintain detailed records of all financial operations. Manage internal and external sales, particularly those to the government. All internal AFM sales and credit clients are authorised. Daily invoice summary for cases involving credit invoices and sales returns; track and report on any unpaid debts.  Support & Guiding of Matrix managers, Sales team and Sales Admin.

Responsibilities:

Petty Cash Control Verify and enter into SAP all cash and check transactions from the previous day. Adhere strictly to the AFM company’s return policy and keep a journal for tracking purposes. Checking the balance of the Petty Clash Float and checking any outstanding reimbursements or claims for filing. As per SOP, conduct a surprise cash count.
Internal controls, cost reporting, and accounting Processes relating to finances are carried out in accordance with AFM policies and procedures (SOPs). Assisting with Opex and Capex monitoring. Always ensure that the AFM administration document process is followed. Every month, check on the status of open POs and follow up with COT & Showroom Admin Team. To complete Ad Hoc tasks or reports as directed by Branch Management, FBP, or FM.
