Secretarial, organisational, and administrative work, as well as support for team objectives, so that they can perform their own function with an efficient and functional use of time and resources.
- Creating standard letters and texts.
- Check and correct spelling and layout in outgoing texts and documents.
- Handling (confidential) incoming and outgoing mail, or referring it to the appropriate person.
- Answer incoming phone calls, handle (often routine) issues, and request information, as well as transfer calls to the appropriate person.
- Handle incoming and outgoing fax and email traffic.
- Freshers are welcome; no relevant work experience is required!
- MS Office knowledge is required (e.g excel, word)
- Ideally, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
