About Role:

This position is responsible for general office duties related to the supported group, such as data manipulation, planning, package handling, shipping, auditing, inventory, customer service, operations support, and so on. Other tasks are assigned to him/her as needed.


  • Clients and visitors are greeted and directed.
  • Appointments and referrals are made.
  • Responds to phone calls and emails.
  • Accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files require data entry and filing.
  • Packages and mail are received, recorded, and distributed.
  • As needed, compiles budget data and keeps financial records.


  • Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues politely and courteously.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute is required.
  • Proofreading skills are required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite or similar software proficiency is required.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment.
  • Fundamental knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • Work organisation and prioritisation skills.
