About Role:

A Admin Coordinator is needed by SEVEN to help with HR, accounts, and other administrative duties. The objective will be to offer superior support and assistance to employees and supervisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and distribute communications to various staff members and divisions.
  • Perform administrative tasks include filing, faxing, taking calls, and emailing.
  • Manage employee databases and paperwork
  • help the administration manager with some of the hiring and payroll procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a coordinator or at a relevant administrative position
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
  • Computer literacy, be able to learn and to work with varies operational software
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
