About Role:

Making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems are all responsibilities of an administrative assistant. The ideal candidate should be able to organise their work using tools such as MS Excel and office equipment and have excellent oral and written communication skills. We’d like to meet you if you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant and are familiar with our industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Calls should be answered and directed.
  • Appointments should be organised and scheduled.
  • Schedule meetings and keep detailed minutes.
  • Create and distribute email, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of routine reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant is required.
  • familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines is required.
  • MS Office proficiency (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Detail-orientedness and problem-solving abilities
