Responsibilities:

Oversee the general upkeep of the office, including the handling of office maintenance contracts relating to office maintenance as provided by external vendors.
Liaise with the building management on issues such as employee season parking, etc.
Attestations and management of local compliance documents
Sourcing and stocking the pantry
Providing employees with special occasion gifts and floral arrangements

Requirements:

Assist the leader with calendar planning.
Assistance with travel arrangements such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa applications
Expenses are being submitted for approval.
1-3 years of office administration experience
Holder of a minimum diploma
Strong planning and organisational abilities, as well as a keen eye for detail
