About Role:

Receiving a gift package or letter from a loved one can brighten even the darkest of days. Join our team as a cargo and freight agent to be a part of this process. This position is critical in our logistics process, representing our company to customers while working under the direction of the freight manager.

Responsibilities:

Prior to shipment, prepare all bills, invoices, liability waivers, and other documents for customers to review and sign.
Deliver all items to the packaging and warehouse teams, as well as shipping instructions.
Examine daily shipment inventories and logs to ensure that items were picked up at the correct times and with the correct route information.
Track the progress of shipped items using tracking software to confirm receipt and notify customers of completed deliveries.

Requirements:

You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
Strong understanding of all Microsoft Office Suite programmes, particularly Excel and Access
Mathematical abilities must be demonstrated.
Understanding the significance of customer service
