About Role:

We are looking for a focused air traffic controller who excels at multitasking under pressure. The air traffic controller will keep in touch with aircraft and other air traffic centres, monitor changes in weather, wind, and visibility, and give pilots instructions on runway availability and clearance for takeoff or landing. You must be alert and focused, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Ground and air traffic are monitored and regulated.
Weather, wind, flight paths, potential delays, and runway openings and closures are all provided.
Maintaining contact with other air traffic control centres, pilots, and airport personnel in order to ensure safety, communicate estimated arrival times, and prevent or respond to emergency situations.
Inspecting, repairing, and using maps, reports, radios, phones, computers, radar, and other technologies to monitor, analyse, and adapt to changing conditions.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
The ability to pass a thorough background check as well as meet age, citizenship, and physical requirements.
A higher level of education or experience may be preferred.
Completion of training programmes with distinction.
Additional credentials may be required.
