About Role:
The role holder is in charge of replenishing products to assigned stores in collaboration with buyers and retail stores to ensure the stores have the appropriate product quantity and assortment to maximise sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Based on weekly sales forecasting and inventory levels, sends the appropriate quantity of products to each store.
- Replenishes products to retail stores in accordance with customer requests and daily store sales, as well as in coordination with the purchasing team.
- Prepares inter-retail outlet stock transfer notes to ensure adequate inventory levels in all stores.
- Prepares and follows up on stock demand notes for’stock pullouts’ and ‘new stock’ to ensure correct stock levels in stores at all times.
Requirements:
- It is preferable to have a bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year of relevant experience is required.
- Basic written and spoken English skills are required.
