About Role:

Serve as the principal point of contact for the company’s insurance agents, developing solid connections, facilitating agent development, and assuring customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and develop all Insurance Agents for the Team, liaise with other departments, and resolve Customer/Agent issues. Deliver on plans, offer reports, status and action plans, and keep their team and business updated.

Responsibilities:

Life Insurance Sales Agent Recruitment and Development Activity Management and Control, with an emphasis on Agent Retention and Development
Participate in cooperative fieldwork with Agents and display excellent sales abilities.
Observance of Company Procedures and Guidelines
Conducting daily/weekly/monthly F2F and Team meetings centred on Agent progress
Meeting team recruiting and sales targets, monitoring and analysing performance against plan, and taking relevant measures and/or corrections

Requirements:

a university degree or higher
Minimum five years of sales experience Minimum five years of people management experience
Life insurance sales experience is regarded an asset if you have a proven track record of strong sales performance.
