About Role:

Supervise, lead, and assist assigned teams in performing baggage-related activities on shift. To ensure that all team members provide the best services and quality to customers in accordance with dnata standards. Deploy Plan the real-time distribution and allocation of resources to ensure that the processes and activities in the areas concerned are completed within the time required for operations on shift.

Responsibilities:

Assign baggage handling tasks in accordance with available manpower.
Inform team members about luggage and flight requirements.
Perform checks to determine the container and manpower needs for baggage handling.
Coordination with the passenger services department is required to track unloaded baggage.
Ensure that all bags are scanned and loaded in the proper order.
Team safety and security standards must be interpreted and followed.

Requirements:

2-4 years of aviation / ground handling experience
Basic knowledge of flight operations terminology
Basic knowledge of domestic and international aviation safety and security requirements
IT and computer literacy are required.
Language Skills in English
Competence in people management and conflict resolution
Expertise in Safety Awareness
Capable of Planning and Organizing
Excellent Communication Skills
