About Role:

Many individuals are unaware of the bellboy role if they have never been in a luxurious hotel. Especially in hotels, a bellboy is a male employee who carries badges and delivers and collects items on the client’s behalf.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors at the main door in a manner appropriate to the occasion.
Show visitors to their rooms and describe the amenities of the hotel.
Help the guests by delivering their luggage, faxes, messages, and packages, as well as performing other jobs at their request.
Assist with valet parking when the visitor arrives and departs.
Receiving and storing the visitor luggage while maintaining accurate level tag records

Requirements:

A valid driver’s licence may be necessary.
Able to communicate properly and fluently in English.
Ability to behave professionally and provide outstanding customer service.
The capacity to write and speak with people in an effective manner.
Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing no more than 80 pounds.
