About Role:

A Rider assists in bagging orders for delivery. They have a responsibility to know where they are going and to become familiar with the surrounding areas, street names, and locations. Responsible for ensuring that all drinks, desserts, and pizzas are consumed before leaving the shop. Restocking pizza boxes and rotating stock will be demonstrated in the shop. They must also assist in the cutting and garlicing of any pizza or garlic bread that comes out of the oven.

Responsibilities:

Drivers will restock the drinks fridge using rotation (old to the front, new to the back, ensuring that drinks are cold when they leave the shop).
Taking any waste to the waste bin to assist in its disposal.
Items are delivered to customers.
Wherever possible, be helpful and responsible to customers.

Requirements:

Each rider should be not only well-dressed but also comfortable.
Personal hygiene is essential because each driver represents the shop on the front line.
Riders will be provided with bikes and weather protection clothing (which will be worn on top of the driver’s own clothing).
Excellent customer service skills, empathy, and comprehension of complaints (should any arise)
Be able to take initiative and solve problems.
Wage and fuel money are provided, and tips are entirely the property of the driver who has earned them.
