About Role:

To be a successful bike courier, you must be physically fit and capable of dealing with unforeseen circumstances. Finally, an excellent bike courier should be knowledgeable about road safety regulations and possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

Picking up and delivering various packages to specified locations in accordance with dispatch staff’s delivery instructions.
Verifying addresses and locations before each delivery to ensure no mistakes.
Carefully planning travel routes to ensure that packages are delivered on time to recipients.
Packages are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Obtaining signatures from recipients upon completion of each delivery to confirm receipt of the correct items.

Requirements:

GED or high school diploma.
Demonstrated experience as a bike courier.
Excellent understanding of road safety regulations.
The ability to work effectively under duress.
The capability of using GPS devices.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
Communication abilities that are effective.
