About Role:

We are looking for a dependable and punctual bike courier to deliver various items to specific locations in accordance with the delivery instructions provided by our dispatch staff. Prioritizing important deliveries, notifying dispatch staff of any conditions that may delay or impact deliveries, and answering any questions that recipients may have about deliveries are all responsibilities of the bike courier. You should also make certain that your packages are not damaged or harmed by inclement weather.

Responsibilities:

Picking up and delivering various packages to specified locations in accordance with dispatch staff’s delivery instructions.
Verifying addresses and locations before each delivery to ensure no mistakes.
Carefully planning travel routes to ensure that packages are delivered on time to recipients.
Packages are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Obtaining signatures from recipients upon completion of each delivery to confirm receipt of the correct items.
Taking payments as needed and ensuring that the correct amounts are received.

Requirements:

GED or high school diploma.
Demonstrated experience as a bike courier.
Excellent understanding of road safety regulations.
The ability to work effectively under duress.
The capability of using GPS devices.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
Communication abilities that are effective.
Excellent physical stamina.
