About Role:

We are looking for a dependable Bike Courier to deliver various items to specified locations in accordance with the delivery instructions provided by our dispatch staff. As a Bike Courier, you will be responsible for prioritising important deliveries, informing despatch staff of any conditions that may delay or impact deliveries, and answering any questions that recipients may have about deliveries. We also require you to ensure that packages are not damaged or harmed by inclement weather.

Responsibilities:

Working experience as a Bike Courier is required.
Excellent understanding of road safety regulations.
The ability to work effectively under duress.
The capability of using GPS devices.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
Communication abilities that are effective.

Requirements:

Picking up and delivering various packages to specified locations in accordance with despatch staff’s delivery instructions.
Verifying addresses and locations before each delivery to ensure no mistakes.
Carefully planning travel routes to ensure that packages are delivered on time to recipients.
Packages are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Obtaining signatures from recipients upon completion of each delivery to confirm receipt of the correct items.
