About Role:

You will be the point of contact between our customers and the workshop. You will ensure that their trip is as seamless as possible, from agreeing on service or understanding repair requirements to booking work and delivering the completed task. Along the way, you’ll arrange test drives for our technicians, communicate with our parts team, recommend extra products and services to the customer, and ensure that all billing is correct. It’s all about providing clients with peace of mind.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and supporting customers with their needs.
Consult with professionals about necessary repairs and potential alternatives to costly repairs.
Using your understanding of our products and services to sell or provide detailed information to customers about available parts and service options.
Answering queries about service outcomes, as well as scheduling and reserving appointments, car drop-off and pick-up.
Giving customers information and advise on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the benefits of trading in their car vs fixing it.
Managing and supervising the workflow and schedule of the dealership.
Calling consumers to inform them of changes in service or automobile pick-up times.
