About Role:

To safely and efficiently operate and maintain a standard bulldozer and tractor (44) in order to perform manual and technical tasks to support the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve (DDCR) requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, loading and unloading animal feed from delivery trucks, as well as DDCR road and track maintenance.

Responsibilities:

To ensure a healthy and safe work environment, adheres to all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls.
Openly discusses safety concerns and reports them to the appropriate supervisor.
Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is controlled and consistent.
Follows the day-to-day operations of one’s own job and qualifications.
Based on training qualifications, operates a bulldozer/tractor in accordance with the operating manuals for the assigned area.
Inspects assigned Bulldozer/Tractor for suitability and serviceability.

Requirements:

Senior High School (Minimum of 10 years of schooling required)
0 – 2 years of Bulldozer/Tractor experience required, as well as on-the-job training.
Driving licence from the UAE / Driving licence from your home country.
Operating equipment requires a valid licence.
Communication Fundamentals.
Awareness of Basic Safety.
