Responsibilities:

Must follow all of the hotel’s and the outlet’s rules and regulations.
Must always strive to improve and maintain a high level of service.
At all times, must coordinate and cooperate with waiter/waitress and manager to ensure the smooth operation of the outlet.
Coordinate the delivery of guest orders with the waiter/waitress.
During peak periods, assist the supervisor and waiter/waitress with service and take food and beverage orders.
Always follow standard service procedures.
As needed, act as an expediter in assisting a restaurant waiter/waitress.

Requirements:

Understanding of appropriate table settings and service ware.
To comprehend and respond to basic guest requests, you must be able to understand and communicate in English.
Capability to grasp, lift, carry, or transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
Capability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing up to 200 pounds.
