About Role:

Problems are solved by identifying and selecting solutions based on acquired technical experience and precedent. Work closely with onsite and offshore teams to analyse requirements and design solutions. Enhance process efficiencies in support of unit objectives and propose new work procedures.

Responsibilities:

Support quality and control function, including performing risk assessments/tests and evaluating process procedure changes.
Participate in the creation of user stories and sign off on feature acceptance while adhering to the agile process established for project management.
Interact with the engineering team to assess capabilities and alternatives, and define and prioritise product releases.
Create release notes and demo scripts, as well as feature and product demos for stakeholders and clients.
Document the BRDs and move on to the solution’s Low-Level Design.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Technology degree is strongly preferred.
Research and data analysis, documentation, presentation, and report writing skills are required.
Understanding of agile methodology
Experience working in an ecommerce platform, preferably an online delivery platform, is required. Proven ability to work independently and in a team is required.
Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication on a consistent basis.
Capable of managing a diverse project portfolio.
