About Role:

Acts as Air Arabia’s ambassador; strives for customer loyalty and a positive corporate image at all times by improving the overall customer experience. Provides exceptional customer service to all passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle.

Responsibilities:

Instructs passengers on how to follow safety procedures to ensure their safety and comfort at all times.
Identifies areas of safety and security risk and collaborates with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective action in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
When necessary, provides first aid to passengers.
Informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions as soon as possible.

Requirements:

Age range: 20 to 30 years
Females must be at least 160 cm tall, while males must be at least 168 cm tall (Male)
Weight should be proportional to age and height.
Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform Medically/Physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
Capability to swim with the assistance of a flotation device
