About Role:

An individual who answers customer calls and addresses their questions and concerns is known as a call centre agent or call centre representative. They must handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls from and to customers, pay attention to their needs and issues, and provide helpful solutions.

Responsibilities:

Make consumer calls and respond to their questions and concerns with precise, satisfying replies.
De-escalate situations involving irate consumers by providing understanding support and assistance.
Make phone calls to customers and clients to advise them of the business’s new products, services, and policies.
Help customers who call with troubleshooting, accessing the company’s website, or navigating its products or services.
