About Role:

An individual who answers customer calls and addresses their questions and concerns is known as a call centre agent or call centre representative. They must handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls from and to customers, pay attention to their needs and issues, and provide helpful solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Make consumer calls and respond to their questions and concerns with precise, satisfying replies.
  • De-escalate situations involving irate consumers by providing understanding support and assistance.
  • Make phone calls to customers and clients to advise them of the business’s new products, services, and policies.
  • Help customers who call with troubleshooting, accessing the company’s website, or navigating its products or services.
