About Role:

Our client is an internationally recognised and highly regarded Medical and Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai. As the Call Center and Customer Service Agent, you will be welcomed into their friendly team to provide an exclusive, professional service to existing and prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer questions and concerns accurately and satisfactorily.
Actively listen to callers, confirm or clarify information, and explain products, services, and policies to customers.
Consult with customers in order to upsell products and services that may be more suitable for their needs.
Managing and coordinating customer appointments, billings, and follow-ups
Maintaining strict adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Handle complaints and concerns professionally, and assist customers in resolving the situation.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to actively listen and provide a solution
Professional written and verbal communication abilities (Arabic speakers are highly regarded)
Customer service and adaptability to a wide range of personalities
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and multitask
Bachelor’s degree is highly regarded but not essential
