About Role:

Attending to customer interactions and gathering relevant information in order to meet customer needs. Capable of handling all types of interactions, including voice, chat, email, and social media. Maintain a high level of understanding of the bank’s products, services, and systems. Follow all bank policies and procedures, as well as corporate security policies, regulatory guidelines, industry service standards, and codes of conduct. Maintain an effective working relationship with superiors and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports based on project or product manager input
  • Testing all aspects of the application, including functionality and usability, to ensure that all requirements are met.
  • Examining scenario flow to identify potential security, performance, and usability issues
  • Interacting with IT and stakeholders to provide bug feedback and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages, both verbally and in writing Ar/En
  • Capability to identify problems/gaps and propose solutions and enhancement ideas.
  • Understanding and dealing with Contact Center systems and terminologies.
  • Call Center Agents, Call Center Team Leader, and Assistant
