About Role:

To assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems, call centre representatives use their knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies. They interact with customers, listen to them to better understand their needs, and offer potential solutions.

Responsibilities:

Taking the initiative with reservations and proposals sent to sales via email, social media, and phone.
Assisting the sales team with daily activity and result reporting.
Taking care of incoming and outgoing calls.
Take charge of every inquiry and booking.
Trackers should be updated and reports should be generated.
Interact with colleagues at all levels with ease.
When necessary, provide sales executives with assistance and information.

Requirements:

A minimum of one year of experience in a Guest Contact or call centre environment is required.
Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent telephone manners.
Excellent organisational skills.
A keen attention to detail.
The ability to communicate in English is required.
Capability to communicate in a language other than Russian, Ukrainian, Urdu, or Arabic
