About Role:

The role holder is responsible for providing an effective pharmaceutical service to customers by dispensing drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners and informing customers about medications and their use.

Responsibilities:

To provide high-quality customer service by promptly and politely responding to customer inquiries with accurate and complete information and directing them to the appropriate individuals.
Responding to calls in a timely and accurate manner, outlining potential solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Actively listening to callers, asking questions to confirm or clarify information, and dealing with irate customers.
Inform and advise the customer about drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and medication storage.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Pharmacy License from the Dubai Health Authority
A minimum of one year of experience as a registered pharmacist in the UAE is required.
