About Role:

Establishes rapport with guests in order to increase guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback in order to ensure the satisfaction of each individual guest. Handle daily team member relations and encourage team members to solve problems through proper training and empowerment.

Responsibilities:

Always greet and welcome visitors on time and in a warm and friendly manner.
Always thank and bid farewell to guests, expressing excitement for their next visit.
Assist guests in making table reservations.
Assist the guest with seating.
Ensure that guests are served within the time frame specified.
Has a solid understanding of menu and presentation standards.

Requirements:

Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
A pleasing personality is required.
Excellent guest service abilities.
Excellent understanding of food and beverage service.
