About Role:

To promote all major airline products and services for dnata, as well as to provide comprehensive sales support and information brokerage services (freight rates, flight details, bookings, inter-line connections) to cargo agents, in order to ensure that the products are well promoted in the market.

Responsibilities:

Discuss shipping options with customers and calculate costs to deliver mail and freight domestically and/or internationally.
Receive and prepare items for shipment, obtaining dimensions and assisting customers in selecting the appropriate protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Prior to shipment, prepare all bills, invoices, liability waivers, and other documents for customers to review and sign.
Deliver all items to the packaging and warehouse teams, as well as shipping instructions.

Requirements:

You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
Strong understanding of all Microsoft Office Suite programmes, particularly Excel and Access
Mathematical abilities must be demonstrated.
Understanding the significance of customer service
