About Role:

Even the darkest of days can be made more cheerful by receiving a delivery of gifts or correspondence from a loved one. By becoming a member of our team as a cargo and freight agency, you may take part in this process. Working under the leadership of the freight manager, this position is essential to our logistics operation since it represents our business to clients. You’ll become the expert people turn to for information on our shipping alternatives and to allay their worries about getting their orders on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with clients to go over shipping choices and estimate expenses for domestic and/or international delivery of mail and freight.
Obtaining the items’ dimensions and assisting clients in choosing the appropriate protective packing will ensure a safe delivery.
Prepare all bills, invoices, liability releases, and other paperwork so that clients can review and sign it before shipment.
Provide all items and shipping instructions to the packaging and warehouse staff.
Check daily shipment inventory and logs to ensure that the proper things were picked up on schedule and according to the correct route.

Requirements:

Age requirement of at least 18 years
Having completed high school or its equivalent
Strong familiarity with all of the Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Access
Shown aptitude at mathematics
Understanding the significance of customer service
