About Role:

We are looking for a cashier who is efficient, courteous, and has excellent customer service skills. The cashier will scan the customer’s selections, check prices and quantities, accept payments, issue receipts, answer questions, and provide helpful information to customers about products, promotions, or item location. You will also respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges, and keep your workspace clean.

Responsibilities:

To avoid theft, keep cash collected from BU sales activities in accordance with corporate finance procedures and guidelines.
Report on observations regarding the risks identified in the location/outlet to ensure that risky issues are identified and addressed.
Perform customer settlement (application) in the system in accordance with supporting documentation to ensure that the system is up to date and accurately reflects the customer’s status.
Customers’ cash, check, and credit card payments are accepted in accordance with corporate finance policies, and receipts are issued to customers to complete the sales transaction.
Hand over the cash and cheques to the corporate finance office’s cash collector for deposit in the bank.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel,Word).
Writing and reading skills in Arabic and English.
