About Role:

Cashiers scan items, verify prices and quantities, and collect payments. Customers can also get help from them by explaining or recommending items, answering questions, and processing exchanges or refunds.

Responsibilities:

Customers are greeted, questions are answered, items are located, and advice or recommendations are given.
Scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics must be operational.
Cash register balancing and report generation for credit and debit sales.
Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are correct, and providing each customer with a receipt.
Refunds and exchanges are processed, and complaints are resolved.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service or cashier experience.
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
