About Role:

We are looking for a cashier who is efficient, courteous, and has excellent customer service skills. The cashier will scan the customer’s selections, check prices and quantities, accept payments, issue receipts, answer questions, and provide helpful information to customers about products, promotions, or item location. You will also respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges, and keep your workspace clean.

Responsibilities:

When customers enter or leave the store, greet them.
Provide receipts, refunds, change, or tickets as needed.
Scan the goods to ensure the pricing is correct.
Collect payments in cash or on credit.
Stamps and coupons can be redeemed.
Introduce new products and cross-sell existing ones.
Resolve customer complaints, provide guidance, and relevant information
Keep checkout areas clean and tidy.
Cash registers are used to manage customer transactions.

Requirements:

Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a sales-related role
Basic computer knowledge Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash registers and point-of-sale systems
Excellent math skills
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Dedicated to customer satisfaction
a high school diploma
