About Role:

We are looking for a motivated charge nurse with strong leadership and communication abilities. As a successful candidate, you will assist and care for patients, supervise nursing staff, provide guidance and support, keep the workplace clean and safe, and ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and supervise ancillary personnel as needed.
Coordination of nursing services with other disciplines’ services.
Make certain that infection control and waste management procedures are followed.
Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and coworkers, including the implementation of the Clinics’ infection control policies.
Maintains effective working relationships with other members of the health care team.
When necessary, accompany visitors, Senior Management, and other government officials to medical centres.
Maintains an acceptable level of attendance and arrives at work on time.

Requirements:

A nursing associate’s or bachelor’s degree is required.
Registered Nurse licence.
Additional certification may be required.
Prior experience working in a healthcare setting is required.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
Compassionate individual with sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office and medical software systems.
The ability to deal with stress and work shifts.
