About Role:

Ensure that all weekly time sheets are completed and handed in on time to admin support. Ensure that all monthly stock counts are completed and documented before being handed in to admin support, and that all purchase requests are monitored and deliveries are checked and signed. Responsible for on-site training, development, and team review all training records must be completed and filled out properly. Ensure that any additional transportation requirements are met, and collaborate with the transportation division to ensure a smooth operation.

Responsibilities:

Confirm that all sickness, absence, and vacations are reported in accordance with company policies.
Ensures teamwork within individual teams and interfaces with customers and clients on a regular basis, meeting and exceeding their expectations;
Ensure that all contract scope of work agreements are followed;
Encourage and respond to customer feedback in a timely and effective manner;

Requirements:

Finish Year 10.
Consider earning a Certificate III in Cleaning Operations (CPP30321) or a Certificate IV in Cleaning (Management) certification (CPP40421).
Alternatively, gain work experience as a Cleaner and learn on the job.
