About Role:

As a Fendi Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing each client with an elevated and luxurious customer journey through Brand DNA Discovery, building loyalty, and recruiting new clients in order to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities:

Individual sales must be led in order to meet performance targets and KPIs.
Upsell, cross-sell, and multiple-sell across all product categories.
Provide exceptional service to clients while adhering to company guidelines.
Improve customer relations and cultivate a loyal FENDI customer base by implementing appropriate CRM tools.

Requirements:

3+ years of fashion/luxury sales experience
A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
Interest in retail and fashion trends
Excellent communication skills, independence, friendliness, and patience
Organization, professionalism, and self-assurance
Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages will be an asset.
