About Role:

A Dubai-based start-up ecommerce platform with their own distinct brand that caters to high-street and trendy female fashion wear.

Responsibilities:

Transporting people, goods, and documents within the UAE as needed
Organize airport pickups and transportation for the CEO and her family during their visits to the UAE.
Maintain vehicle requirements, automobile maintenance schedules, and tyre condition while keeping the vehicle clean, both inside and out.
Assist with office reorganisation in preparation for upcoming meetings/events.
Assist mail deliveries – both incoming and outgoing Admin tasks include picking up flight tickets, bank processing paperwork, and visa application process

Requirements:

Filipino and Indian nationals are welcome.
High school diploma or equivalent
Males aged 45 and under
8 years of experience in the same role; 3 years as a personal assistant A driver’s licence is required in Dubai, UAE.
