About Role:

Oversee and direct construction projects from start to finish.
Examine the project thoroughly in order to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Work closely with consultants, regulatory authorities, and contractors to provide planning and supervision to resolve site issues and ensure project completion on time.

Responsibilities:

Prepare job status reports for internal and external audiences.
Plan ahead of time to avoid problems and solve any that arise.
Conducting site visits to inspect work, check materials, and ensure employees are adhering to health and safety regulations
Negotiate contract terms, draught contracts, and obtain permits and licences.
Ensure that quality construction standards are met and that proper construction techniques are used.
Maintain correspondence with consultants and construction team; meet with project manager and consultant to understand project objectives and priorities, cost control plans, and target schedules.

Requirements:

Civil engineering bachelor’s degree is required.
10+ years of experience in a related field or sector.
It is necessary to have prior experience managing ADNOC Civil Projects.
Expertise in building products, construction details, and applicable rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to work on one’s own.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
