About Role:

The Agent, Contact Center is responsible for providing personalised customer service support by interacting with customers over the phone, email, and, if necessary, other appropriate channels of communication.

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls, making outbound calls (when necessary), responding to similar inquiries via email, and transferring calls to appropriate people/departments.
Interact with customers by phone and email to answer questions and provide general information about appointments, referrals, available services, care providers, events and campaigns, and other requested information.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the healthcare industry Excellent medical terminology knowledge
Outstanding computer/typing and data entry abilities
Fair understanding of how to use multi-line phones
Written and spoken English and Arabic are both fluent.
