About Role:

Drive audience segmentation across markets to optimise messaging and GTM plans. Collaborate with the CMO organisation to create game-changing campaigns and promotional efforts. The Country Brand Manager will collaborate with the Category Lead and/or Country Brand Leads to own select brand strategy and drive its implementation for the Gulf Oncology Portfolio’s Omnichannel strategy.

Responsibilities:

Strategic portfolio management is your responsibility.
Choose the most appropriate modules from Global and cross-EM content; translate and trans-create brand materials as needed.
Local agencies for trans-creation must be managed (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project)
Forecast brand performance and track progress towards objectives in collaboration with the Health Representative Manager / Health Solution Partner / Category Lead.
In collaboration with the Health Representative Manager / Health Solution Partner / Category Lead, allocate and execute in-country brand budget alignment.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, and a master’s degree or MBA in marketing is preferred.
5-10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
A minimum of four years of marketing experience is required.
Experience working with various channels, such as digital, is a plus.
Experience in the Therapy Area and the Gulf market is required.
English proficiency, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
