About Role:

We are looking for a dependable Delivery Driver who cares about customer satisfaction and delivering items in a safe and timely manner. The Delivery Driver will pick up and deliver items while following assigned routes and time schedules. You must be willing to work as a member of the delivery team to ensure that the items are complete, correctly packed, and safely delivered to the correct client.

Responsibilities:

Loading, transporting, and delivering items in a safe and timely manner to clients or businesses.
Orders are reviewed before and after delivery to ensure that they are complete, that the charges are correct, and that the customer is satisfied.
Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles.
Accepting payments for goods delivered.
Giving excellent customer service, answering questions, and dealing with client complaints.
Following timetables and adhering to assigned routes.
Following all transportation laws and keeping a clean driving record.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
A valid driver’s licence is required.
Driving record is spotless.
Experience may or may not be required.
Availability to follow assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
Excellent time management and customer service abilities.
Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy objects for extended periods of time.
Pay close attention to the details.
