As Order Administrator, you will be in charge of a wide range of administrative and business support tasks, collaborating with Sales and reporting to the Customer Care Manager.

Responsibilities:

Is in charge of the order entry execution cycle, sorting technical clarifications on orders, and ensuring that clean orders go into manufacturing.
To be in charge of order and shipment status escalations, ensuring that factory shipments scheduled according to sales POR are on time and shipment status is updated weekly.
To track requests, document history, and manage order and shipment status.
To ensure that all order-specific constraints and milestones are met in order to invoice on time and accurately.

Requirements:

A graduate in any discipline with at least two years of customer service experience.
Motivated and effective in taking Quick Actions
Capability to work well under duress
Have previous experience with an ERP system.
