About Role:

Works in accordance with Local Sales strategies to aid in the achievement of planned sales growth. A front-line communicator who handles inbound and outbound orders, inquiries, complaints, and information via multiple channels. Assuring adequate preparation for effective customer relationship management and carrying out specific responsibilities for internal and external added value programmes.

Responsibilities:

Process stock deliveries to regional sales representatives as well as inventory transfers.
SAP is used to process orders.
Work on priorities using multiple data sources (reports) to determine the best priorities for the tasks at hand.
Professional liaison with key stakeholders (Sales and Customers)
Manage and oversee the Letter of Credit process for customers.
Monitor the entire delivery process (for example, the Distribution Center and/or the carrier).
Special deliveries can be arranged upon request.
Invoices are controlled and distributed.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in order processing (preferably in the medical device or other regulated industry), via multiple contact methods (email/phone, etc.), and for customers with specific requirements, such as bundling & consignment orders, free deliveries, returns, etc.
Without direct authority, be able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
A skilled communicator, self-assured, adaptable, team player, and changeable
Capable of multitasking
SAP Advance MS Office knowledge is required.
